The Nivelle is managed by brothers Pascal and Sebastien BERROTARAN, the 4th generation of the family, who have recently given the establishment a facelift. These changes have succeeded in preserving the character, while at the same time injecting a few modern touches. La Nivelle is now a hotel, a bistro and a gourmet restaurant, and its appetite for pleasure and friendship is as hearty as ever.

La Nivelle is one of St Pée’s iconic places, distinguished by its welcoming atmosphere and friendly owners. Here, you are greeted as a friend.

Sebastien is in charge of the front of house and the management, while Pascal’s domain is the kitchen… where he redefines the pleasures of good food and the tastes of the local cuisine, adding a dash of innovation yet maintaining a certain simplicity.
